                    ![]()  Nate MillsapPRESIDENT Nate is U.S. Navy, retired, and Director of Security & Cyber, Fincantieri Marinette Marine. Nate has recently been appointed by Governor Evers as a member of the Blue Ribbon Commission on Veteran Opportunity for the state of Wisconsin. Nate is on the board at the North East Wisconsin Marine Manufacturing Alliance, and helped bring SEAPERCH to the local schools in North East Wisconsin.

                    Mark HawkinsVICE PRESIDENT Mark is a full time still photographer here in Green Bay, along with working part time for the Einstein Project directing their mobile makerspace. Mark is on the board at the North East Wisconsin Marine Manufacturing Alliance, and works with multiple water conservation efforts here in Green Bay.

                    ![hands on deck treasurer]()  Renee SteinSECRETARY Renee is an Apple Award winning math teacher at Ashwaubenon High School, and mother to Luke one of our long term students and apprentices. Renee is very involved with her family and loves visiting her father in Door County whenever time allows.

                    John SeamanJohn Seaman has been critical to the growth of HOD. He is the founder of Green Bay Small Craft a new chapter of the TSCA (Traditional Small Craft Association). John has been rowing Adirondack Guide boats since he was a young man in New York, and has won the Willard Hanmar Guideboat race many times over the years. He is passionate about Austin Healy sports cars and is very active in the local British car club here in Wisconsin.
